Fhernando.com is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page.

In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Fhernando.com delivers worldwide.

Fhernando.com orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). For security reasons, Fhernando.com will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS

From time to time (In certain seasons), Fhernando.com runs free shipping promotions. To be notified by email, simply sign up Fhernando.com newsletters. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page. (Only applies to deliveries to France and Mexico).

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders will be sent within 1 - 2 business days after purchase (does not apply to pre-ordered products such as physical albums).

Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated shipping time: 7-20 days

Orders sent from France and Mexico have the following approximate shipping times:

Mexico 5-7 working days.
USA & Canada 4-8 working days.
Europe 10-12 working days.
Rest of World 15-20 working days.
The estimated shipping times will be calculated according to the shipping service and the delivery location of the order.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Fhernando.com provide the tracking numbers, between 1 - 3 days after the order is placed. Once your order has been sent, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. It will contain a tracking number so you can track your order to your door.

MULTIPLE ITEMS

Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery. this will be indicated by multiple tracking numbers on your shipping confirmation email.

DELAYS

Fhernando.com is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Fhernando.com is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

Fhernando.com will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.

SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Fhernando.com recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. Fhernando.com is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which Fhernando.com makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.

RETURN POLICY

Fhernando.com is owned and operated by Additivo Musica Limited.

This Return Policy applies to all products purchased through:

Our Return Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to change this Return Policy at any time.

Only refunds are made, once the product has reached its destination and has been received by the buyer, no refunds are made for products that are in transit to be delivered or have not yet been delivered.

Shipping costs are not refundable. Our Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

RETURNS

Purchases made on our website may be returned for a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of the product, we cannot offer you a refund.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs and handling charges associated with shipping items back to us.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

We will need to know your order number.
Items must be in its original condition (unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged).
Empty containers cannot be accepted for refund.
All returns must be accompanied with your invoice as proof of purchase.
Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please package the product securely.
Shipping return costs and handling charges are non-refundable.
Fhernando.com reserves the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our Refund Policy. Returns that do not fulfil our return policy may be shipped back to the client at their own cost.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

You can email orders@additivo.mx to request a cancellation or make any changes to your order. We are only able to cancel or change your order if it is still currently processing. Unfortunately, Fhernando.com cannot make any changes for orders that have already shipped.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We do our best and our best effort to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. We apologize for the inconvenience presented; our goal is always to provide the best service (Only in these cases the shipping cost will be refunded).

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or you need a refund, please send us an email at orders@additivo.mx with your order number.

Remember that you have 14 days from the day of delivery of the product to request an exchange of the product for an equal or similar one or to request a refund.

PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expense. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a return confirmation email. Your refund will be completed via the original payment method, with the amount of return shipping deducted from your refund.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE

Undeliverable packages that are returned to us will not automatically be re-shipped. If you would like to make any changes to the delivery address, you are responsible for any re-shipping fees.

All returns need to be made within 14 days after receiving the items. We suggest to check each product feature before making the purchase. Please note that the product must be shipped back to us at your own expense.

SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
